Peppered Shrimp Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
12 ounces penne pasta
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 pound portobello mushrooms, diced
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter together with the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion, and cook until softened and translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, red pepper, and mushroom; cook over medium-high heat until soft, about 2 minutes more.
Stir in the shrimp, and cook until firm and pink, then pour in Alfredo sauce, Romano cheese, and cream; bring to a simmer stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir drained pasta into the sauce, and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Sample Pasta Making with Cream Sauce
Alfredo sauce recipe that I wrote before it can be used for a variety of pasta dishes. From basic white sauce can be combined with other ingredients and from any combination of these has its own cuisine name. So restaurant business is able to serve variety of dishes because they use the system to make basic ingredient that can be used for ranges of items especially pasta dishes.
Here is an example of pasta dishes or the great combination of white sauce which often called as cream sauce or Alfredo Sauce with other ingredients of choices.
Pasta Carbonara - The ingredients used are: 120 ml of Alfredo sauce, beef bacon 30 grams, 30 grams of button mushroom. If you want to add black olive is fine and of course pasta 250 grams of various types. Cook and serve with parmesan cheese.
Pasta Primavara - 120 ml added Alfredo Sauce with mixed vegetables with 2 tablespoons chopped green onion and 250 grams of pasta, cook and serve with parmesan cheese.
Mushroom and Spinach Pasta - 120 ml Alfredo sauce, mushroom 60 grams, 30 grams of spinach leaves and 250 gm of pasta. Cook as usual and sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
Then you can do with accordance to your own taste because you already have a base making a delicious white cream sauce.

Recipe - Fettuccine Pollo Aromatico
Ingredients:
- 2 (5oz.) chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 pound fettuccine, cooked
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Saute chicken in the butter over medium heat for 5 minutes; add onions, cream and all the seasonings.
- Let cream mixture come to a boil and add fettuccine.
- Add cheese and toss until sauce clings to pasta. Serve hot.

How to Make Baked Spaghetti Meal Balls
Marinara sauce is kind of sauce made from tomato. After putting some sauce, usually they will also put some meat balls mix with the sauce. If they don't like meat ball, still use the same meat and grind it into mince meat and if the meat mix with marinara sauce it will be called as Bolognaise.
Ingredients:
- 4 Cup Tomato sauce
- 1 lb meat ball, made from the ground beef and form into balls
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, enough to cover baking dish
- 15 each green or black olive
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 Tbs of butter
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Boil water and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Using commander, pour spaghetti and purpose back into the pan you used to boil spaghetti.
- Add the sauce and mix well. Place the spaghetti into large baking dish with meat ball, olive and drizzle with butter thyme.
- Cover with cheese and bake for 45 minutes or until cheese getting golden brown.

Fresh Tomato and Chili Pasta
500g penne pasta
80ml olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1 fresh small hot chili pasta
800g ripe tomatoes
1 cup fresh parsley
40g Parmesan cheese flakes
How to cook:
- Cook pasta, in large sauce pan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender [al dente], drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan, add garlic and chili cook stirring about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add tomato and parsley, remove from heat.
- Add sauce mixture to pasta and toss gently to combine.
Chicken and Asparagus Pasta Salads
500g Macaroni or penne pasta
250g Asparagus, trimmed, roughly chopped
450g Cooked Chicken, shredded
250g Button Mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
You may eat the Salads with Oil and Vinegar, but you also can make home made while grain mustard dressing. The ingredients as listed bellow:
1/4 light sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Creole Mustard
1/2 Tbsp Honey natural
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp black pepper course
How to make salad:
- Cook pasta in large sauce pan pf boiling water. If you doubt, see pasta cooking direction on the package until al dente, rinse under cool water and drain.
- Meanwhile, boil asparagus until cook or just tender.
- Make dressing. Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl and whisk with wire whip or spatula until well blend. Place pasta and remaining ingredient, toss gently to combine.
Serve on cool pasta bowl. Service for 4.
Too Simple Spaghetti Recipe - Should Try
What you need is boiling to cook spaghetti. Normally spaghetti will be cooked in 10 minutes [1000 gm spaghetti]. You need to add vegetable oil into the post and salt. After spaghetti cooked, removed from heat and put directly on the iced water to stop cooking. Spaghetti must be al dente which mean not over cooked.

Ingredients:

How to cook:
- Add garlic, pepper and remaining ingredients.
- Add cherry tomato to get color. You need to ads 30 ml water or stock to make it moist.
- Drop spaghetti into the pan and First thing you need to heat the sauté pan or skillet. Drop olive oil and heat up. sauté for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and serve in the pasta bowl, garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Baked Pasta with Beef and Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) package dry penne pasta
1 teaspoons olive oil
½ lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
8 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounce diced tomatoes, canned
3 ounce tomato paste
1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain or refer to package cooking instructions.
- Heat oil in a large, deep skillet. Place ground beef and onion in the skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Pour in wine, and cook for 1 minute, stirring, to deglaze the pan.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with cooked pasta, herbs and place in an appropriate baking dish. Sprinkle top with mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle pasta with greeted Parmesan cheese.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Chicken Spinach and Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 300 gm Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 450 gm Fettuccine, cooked
- 100 gm button mushroom, quartered
- 30 gm spinach leaves
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper course
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tsp dry oregano
Cooking method:
- Gather all ingredients.
- See pasta cooking procedure or you just follow cooking direction on the package until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in sauce pan. Meanwhile, combine cream, Parmesan and dry herbs in the bowl and mix well.
- Saute chicken on hot olive oil until chicken turn colour and just cook, probably cook for about 2 minutes. Add mushroom and spinach cook another 1 minute.
- Pour cream mixture into pan and bring to boil. Add pasta and continue cooking until pasta completely cooked. The pasta should be moist, not too dry or too watery.
- Remove from heat and put pasta on appropriate pasta bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Classic Fettuccine Bolognaise
900 gm Fettuccine, cooked
400 ml Bolognaise sauce
4 Tbs Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking method:
To cook Fettuccine, refer to pasta coking procedure, or you can follow instruction shown on the package.
Use the Bolognaise base as pre-cooked as it can be store refrigerator up to 3 days.
Heat Saute pan, add Bolognaise and bring to boil. Add cooked Fettuccine; continue cooking by stirring the pasta until completely cooked.
Remove from heat, transfer to appropriate pasta bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Serving for 4
Penne and Vegetable Carbonara
2 Tbs olive oil
2 each garlic clove, finely chopped
3 each zucchini, thinly sliced
80 gm cherry tomatoes cut into half
6 each green onion, cut into 1 cm length
400 gm penne, cooked
4 each eggs yolk
100 ml heavy cream, dairy
60 gm Parmesan cheese, 30 gm to serve
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
- In large sauce pan, cook pasta with little bit of salt and 1 Tbs of cooking oil. Follow the package instruction until al dente. Drop into ice bath, drain and oiled to prevent sticking each other.
- In separate small mixing bowl crack the eggs and use only eggs yolk and season with salt and grinding of black pepper. Add cream into the eggs mixture and stir with fork.
- Sautee vegetables until transparent after that pour the cream and bring to boil. Be careful at this point. Add pasta just the sauce begins to boil together with Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking about 2 minutes or until pasta cook. Remove from heat, put in appropriate pasta bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Serving for 4
Pasta with Spicy Tuna, Olive and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
400g dry Penne
2 Tbs Olive oil
2 ea. Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Pinch of Chili flakes
400 g Ripe Tomatoes, roughly chopped
60 g Black olive, pitted
1 Tbs Thyme, sliced
250 g Tuna, canned
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking method
To cook penne, refer to cooking directions shown in package.
In a medium saute pan, heat oil and add garlic, chili flakes, tomatoes, olives and finally add sliced thyme leave and sauté ingredients for about 5 minutes or until boiling. Control the flame to medium hot [don’t over heated] to avoid mixture getting burnt.
Break tuna into small pieces and sprinkle and stir over the mixture. Simmer for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. That sauce for the pasta.
Now, after you cook pasta [Penne] according to the cooking direction, you need to drain the pasta and put some olive oil on it. Toss them with ready sauce you just made.
That’s lovely! Now, you can served pasta HOT! If you like, sprinkle 1 Tbs of shredded Parmesan.

Fettuccine Mushroom and Spinach in Tomato Basil Sauce
- 220 gm Fettuccine, cooked
- 30 gm Spinach, raw
- 30 gm Button Mushroom, cut quartered
- 1 Tbs Green Onion
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbs Fresh Basil, roughly chopped
- 100 ml Red Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
How to cook:
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Put garlic, spinach, basil and mushroom.
- Cook for about 1 minute, do not over cook. Add marinara sauce and bring to boil, after that adds fettuccine and green onion.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and black pepper coarse also sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like. Serve hot.
Double Pasta with Spinach and Mushroom Marinara
225 gm Spaghetti, cooked
225 gm Penne, cooked
90 ml Tomato sauce
30 gm Spinach, fresh
30 gm Button Mushroom
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Cooking Methods:
- In a medium saute pan, bring to boil tomato sauce.
- Add mushroom and spinach, dont over cook.
- Add pasta stir using spatula, laddle some water and continue to cook for 2 munites.
- Garnish with fried spinach leaves.
When make pasta, ensure that the amount of sauce must be equal. Add water when neccesary, so pasta will be looking shiny. Great pasta is very depend on sauce base and pasta must freshly boiled.
Creamy Penne Pasta Salad
Ingredient
6 oz Penne Pasta
1 oz Stuffed Black Olives, drained and halves
1 oz Stuffed Green Olives, drained and halves
¼ cup Shredded Mixed Cheese
1 Tbs Bacon Bits
2 oz Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Chopped Green Onions
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Few drop of Lemon Juice
Cooking Method/Preparation:
Spaghetti Carbonara - Quick and Easy
225gm Spaghetti, cooked
60gm Beef Bacon, cut into strips
30gm Button Mushroom, sliced
1Tbs Garlic, chopped
30ml Olive Oil
45ml Heavy Cream
30ml Fresh Milk
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Basil
1/2tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2tsp Magi Seasoning
2Tbs Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1tsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Method/Procedures
In a sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook Bacon, Mushroom and Garlic until aroma of garlic come out.
In a bowl, combine Cream, Milk and all dry ingredients. Add cream into sauce pan in bring it to boil.
Add Spaghetti, cook and stir occasionally. Cook for about 2-3 munities or until the sauce become creamy.
Add salt and Pepper to taste.
Remove from heat, put in a pasta bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve hot.
Spaghetti Meat Sauce with Mushroom and Spinach
100 gm Minced beef
1 Tbs Olive oil
30 gm Onion, diced
30 gm Carrots
30 gm Button mushroom
30 gm Spinach, raw
225 gm Spaghetti, cooked
100 ml Tomato sauce
2 Tbs Chili sauce
1 Tbs Parmesan cheese
Cooking Method/Procedures:
- Heat oil in a sauté pan; add onion and carrots cook for until onion transparent.
- Add tomato sauce, bring it to boil and add in spaghetti and vegetables.
- Cook spaghetti for 2-3 minutes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
Spinach and Mushroom Baked Pasta
1oz Spinach Leave, fresh
2oz Button Mushroom, fresh
6oz Penne Pasta, cooked
1oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1tsp Parmesan Cheese
3oz Marinara Sauce
Cooking Method/Preparation:
- In a medium sauce pan, heat marinara sauce.
- Add pasta, cooked for 2-3 minutes than add in vegetables.
- Transfer to pasta to a baker dish or oval plate, sprinkle with cheese.
- Preheat oven 350’F, bake for 15 minutes.
- Take out from oven and serve hot.
Creamy Penne Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
6 oz Penne Pasta
1 oz Stuffed Black Olives, drained and halves
1 oz Stuffed Green Olives, drained and halves
¼ cup Shredded Mixed Cheese
1 Tbs Bacon Bits
2 oz Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Chopped Green Onions
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Few drop of Lemon Juice
Cooking Method/Preparation:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
- In a mixing bowl, combine black olives, green olives, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon bits, dressing, onion, ground black pepper and pasta; mix well, sprinkle with mixed cheese.
- Cover bowl, refrigerate to chill for one hour, and serve.
