500 gr beef sirloin, cut with a thickness of 1.5 cm
2 Tbs salted butter
½ tsp black pepper course
1 Tbs soy sauce
As needed salt
Ingredients for Teriyaki sauce:
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp mirin [Japanese wine]
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbs chopped garlic
½ tsp pepper finely
60 ml beef stock
1 Tbs cooking oil
1 each red chili, small diced
1 each green chili, small diced
How to Make:
- Season the meat with pepper, salt and soy sauce, let sit 30 minutes to allow the maximum flavors.
- Heat the butter in a grill pan, grill steak on pan, flip according to the desire of doneness.
Add stock and remaining ingredient cook until boil and remove and serve as condiment of steak.
