Sauteed Beef and Paprika Recipe

Sauteed Beef and Paprika is a quick recipe that will need less than 15 minutes of cooking. It's a good recommendation to you who don't have much time and busy person. Two main ingredients which beef and paprika make easy in execution. In addition, the ingredient is seasoned with simple sauces with can be obtained easily from nearest supermarkets in your area. Ingredients:
250 grams beef, sliced
100 grams onion, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
100 grams red peppers, julienne cuts
100 grams green peppers, julienne cuts
2 Tbs oyster sauce
2 tsp briny taste
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons margarine or salad oil
1 / 2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons pepper

Cooking directions:
Heat margarine in a saute pan over high heat. Saute onion and garlic until aroma translucent and fragrant so aroma will come out. Add sliced beef and cook until tender. Cooking meat doesn't need to be too long, add sauce and stir as long as the meat turned color. Finally, add paprika and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until paprika turn color. Season with salt and pepper and taste before serving.

Stir-fry Beef Paprika Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 500 gm beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 pieces of green pepper, julienne cut 
  • 1 medium onion, roughly sliced
  • 2 Tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbs cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cooking Method:
  1. Heat oil in the skillet or wok and sauté garlic until aroma comes out. After that add slice beef and cook until colour turn. Reduce the heat and cover skillet, continue to cook beef until tender. Add paprika and all spice, stir onion translucent, season with salt and pepper. Remove and from heat. Serve immediately with steamed rice and other accompaniments.
