Ingredients:
6 oz Penne Pasta
1 oz Stuffed Black Olives, drained and halves
1 oz Stuffed Green Olives, drained and halves
¼ cup Shredded Mixed Cheese
1 Tbs Bacon Bits
2 oz Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Chopped Green Onions
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Few drop of Lemon Juice
Cooking Method/Preparation:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
- In a mixing bowl, combine black olives, green olives, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon bits, dressing, onion, ground black pepper and pasta; mix well, sprinkle with mixed cheese.
- Cover bowl, refrigerate to chill for one hour, and serve.
