Spaghetti Carbonara - Quick and Easy


225gm Spaghetti, cooked
60gm Beef Bacon, cut into strips
30gm Button Mushroom, sliced
1Tbs Garlic, chopped

30ml Olive Oil
45ml Heavy Cream
30ml Fresh Milk
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Basil
1/2tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2tsp Magi Seasoning
2Tbs Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1tsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Method/Procedures
In a sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook Bacon, Mushroom and Garlic until aroma of garlic come out.
In a bowl, combine Cream, Milk and all dry ingredients. Add cream into sauce pan in bring it to boil.
Add Spaghetti, cook and stir occasionally. Cook for about 2-3 munities or until the sauce become creamy.
Add salt and Pepper to taste.
Remove from heat, put in a pasta bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve hot.
