Spaghetti Meat Sauce with Mushroom and Spinach

100 gm Minced beef
1 Tbs Olive oil
30 gm Onion, diced

30 gm Carrots
30 gm Button mushroom
30 gm Spinach, raw
225 gm Spaghetti, cooked
100 ml Tomato sauce
2 Tbs Chili sauce
1 Tbs Parmesan cheese

Cooking Method/Procedures:
  • Heat oil in a sauté pan; add onion and carrots cook for until onion transparent.
  • Add tomato sauce, bring it to boil and add in spaghetti and vegetables.
  • Cook spaghetti for 2-3 minutes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
