Ingredient:
1 pcs Cat-Fish, wash and claen
oil for frying.
For Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs corn flour
1 tsp lemon juice
2 oz water
Cooking method/preparation:
- Marinade fish for 30 minutes.
- In a frying pan with medium heat, fry fish until golden colour.
- Serve with sambal, slice cucumber and tomatoes, fried tofu and soy bean.
