Ingredient
250 gm Medium Prawn, peeled
1 head Chinese Cabagge, cut 1" cross-wise
100 gm carrot, peeled and cut into juliene
50 gm Green Onion, Cut into juliene
1 Tbs Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Onion, sliced
1 Tbs Cooking Oil
1 Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cooking Method/preparation:
- Heat oil in chinese wok or using saute pan.
- Add onion, garlic stir until the aroma comes out.
- Add in prawn, saute for about 2 minutes.
- Put all vegetable, stir and cook for additional 4-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately
