Stir Fried Prawn and Vegetables ala Mum

This recipe is very simple to cook. With vegetable and prawn base ingredient is actually my mum favorite. When I asked her why you always cook the dish? She said"Delicious".


250 gm Medium Prawn, peeled
1 head Chinese Cabagge, cut 1" cross-wise
100 gm carrot, peeled and cut into juliene
50 gm Green Onion, Cut into juliene
1 Tbs Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Onion, sliced
1 Tbs Cooking Oil
1 Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cooking Method/preparation:

  • Heat oil in chinese wok or using saute pan.

  • Add onion, garlic stir until the aroma comes out.

  • Add in prawn, saute for about 2 minutes.

  • Put all vegetable, stir and cook for additional 4-5 minutes.

  • Serve immediately
