Ingredient
2 Small red chili
3 ounces red tomato
1 ounce shallot
1 Tbs shrimp paste
1 ounce cooking oil
1 Tbs white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Cooking method/preperation:
- In a saute pan, heat oil and saute all vegetables 2-3 munites or until soft. Add shrimp paste and saute for additional 1 munite.
- Add in sugar and salt mash or blend.
