250 gm Butter, salted
250 ml Tomato Ketchup
30 ml Tabasco
1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
½ tsp Salt
Cooking Method/Preparation:
- Melt and heat butter in a sauce pan.
- Add tomato ketchup and remaining ingredient.
- Stir consistently to avoid burn in the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- Removed from heat for immediate use or can be kept in refrigerator up to 3 days.
