Stir-fry Cream Dory Fish and Almonds

Stir-fry Cream Dory and Almonds

  • 500 gm Cream dory fish, cut into 1x2 cm
  • 2 Tbs Almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 each Green bell pepper, strips cut
  • 1/1 each Red bell pepper, strips cut
  • 1 cm Ginger, sliced
  • 1 each Tomato, julienne cut
  • 4 each Basil leaves, sliced
  • 2 each Garlic, crushed and diced
  • 2 Tbs Olive oil
Cooking method:
  1. Heat olive oil in frying or sauté pan, sauté garlic, pepper and ginger.
  2. Add fish, stir and cook. After fish almost cooked, add remaining
  3. ingredients and season with salt and pepper before removing from heat.
Serve with steamed rice and other accompaniments.
