Seasoned Rice Porridge

Recipe for Seasoned Rice Porridge

  • 100 gram fragrant rice
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 50 gram dry anchovies, roasted
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fried shallots
  • 50 grams fish cracker
  • 25 grams soy beans, fried
Cooking Methods:
  1. Wash and clean the rice and add the chicken broth into stock pot.
  2. Cook in medium heat and stir until cooked and becomes thick porridge. Add salt if necessary.
  3. Place the in a bowl and sprinkle it with celery, onion, dried soy beans.
  4. Topped with anchovies and sprinkle with crackers, just before serving.
