Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken cut into 12 pieces
- 1 cm galangal, smashed
- 2 each bay leaves
- 3 each lemon leaves
- 2 each tomato, cut into 8 each
- 2 tbs soy sauce
Blended ingredients
- 7 each red chili
- 5 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 each candle nut
- 1/2 tsp fried shrimp paste
Cooking methods:
- Wash and clean chicken, season with salt and let stay for awhile.
- Fried half cooked and put aside.
- Saute the blended ingredients until aroma comes out, add galangal,
