Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into 10 pieces
- 1 / 2 each yellow onion
- 7 each shallots
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 large tomato green
- 7 pieces of green chili
- 1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 each fresh lemon, take the juice only
- Fresh basil leaves [daun kemangi]
- Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking method:
- Marinate chicken salt and lemon, then fried, set aside.
- Blend all ingredients roughly.
- Heat frying pan and add vegetable oil to sauté puree ingredients about 4-5 minutes or until the aroma comes out. Add sugar and salt
- Sauté the spice blend until cooked, put sugar salt to taste.
- Return the chicken into pan, allow the chicken cook and blend with ingredient. Just before removing from heat, add fresh basil leave.
