Ingredients:
- 500 gm squid wash and clean inside the belly and tentacle,
- 4 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 each medium chili
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
- In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Using knife, make diamond cut [just to ensure the seasoning go through squid].
- Add squid and marinate for at least two hour and this marinate should be kept in refrigerator to get maximum flavor before grilling. Don’t forget to add some lime juice to prevent from fish smell.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degree F and start grilling until the squid cooked. When you do grilling, baste with remaining marinate to shine the squid and it can bring more flavor.
