- 250 gr chicken breast, roughly cut
 - 3 cm ginger, Julienne
 - 5 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 - 7 shallots, finely sliced
 - 12 red chili, finely sliced
 - 1 pcs tomatoes, chopped
 - 2 tbsp oil
 - salt to taste
 
Cooking Method:
- Finely grind shallots, white, and red pepper.
 - Heat oil, saute ginger. Then enter the spice paste until fragrant. Add chicken and stir well, allow it to flavor turn colour.
 - Add soy sauce into chicken, stir again, then add the tomatoes at last. Stir well, remove.
