Sweet Beef Style Cooking [Daging Masak Manis]

Ingredients:
  • 300 gm beef rump cap, cut into 1x1 inch
  • 100 gm coconut flake or grated, toasted
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 250 ml of water
Blend ingredients:
  • 3 large red chili
  • 8 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon whole coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • As needed salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Combine blended ingredients with coconut flakes, soy sauce and beef mixed well and let it stay 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Heat cooking oil on the skillet, pour the beef marinate into skillet and cook until meat turn color.
  3. Add water and continue cooking and simmer until the meat tender.
Service dish with other main courses.
