Ingredients:
- 300 gm beef rump cap, cut into 1x1 inch
- 100 gm coconut flake or grated, toasted
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tamarind juice
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 250 ml of water
Blend ingredients:
- 3 large red chili
- 8 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon whole coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- As needed salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method
- Combine blended ingredients with coconut flakes, soy sauce and beef mixed well and let it stay 30 minutes before cooking.
- Heat cooking oil on the skillet, pour the beef marinate into skillet and cook until meat turn color.
- Add water and continue cooking and simmer until the meat tender.
Service dish with other main courses.
