1 whole chicken, halved
2 stalk lemongrass, white part only
4 pcs bay leaves
100 gm butter
3 Tbs Soy sauce
200 ml of water
Blend:
8 pieces of red chili
6 cloves garlic
8 each shallots
1 cm galangal [kind of ginger]
8 each Candle nut
1 piece turmeric
salt and pepper to season
How to make:
- Marinate chicken with blended ingredients a pan, allow about half an hour.
