Ingredients:
1 medium chicken, about 1000gm
1 ginger, smashed
1 Lemon Grass, smashed
3 bay leaves
5 red chili, blend
2 litre water
2 tbs cooking oil
Ingredients to blend:
2 pcs garlic
4 pcs shallots
5 pcs candle nut
1 Tbs Coriander seed
1 cm tumaric, fresh
salt pepper to seasoned
For Glazing: Garlic+Soy sauce+coryander pw in oil
How to cook:
- Wash and clean chicken and cut into quater.
- Heat oil in the lagre pan, add ginger, lemon grass and chili.
- Add blended ingredient and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Pour water in to pot, drop the chicken in, bring to boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Grill chicken on charbroil, glaze with soy sauce. Cook until brown in color.
Serving for 3-4.
