Beef Cooking in Bali Style

Beef Cooking in Bali Style

½ kg of beef without fat, cut width size ½ x5x7 cm
1 stalk Lemongrass, crushed
5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
salt to taste
sugar to taste
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 liter of water

Herbs that crushed:
12 fruit red chili
5 grains candlenut, disangrai
7 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger, finely sliced
½ TSP fish sauce

How to make:
Saute seasoning already crushed with 3 tbsp vegetable oil that is heated under a medium heat until fragrant.
Put all the ingredients, stirring until the meat changes color.
Add 1 litre of water, Cook until the sauce thickens and beef be padded, lift.
Ready to be served.
For 5-6 people.
