Recipe for Squid in Hot and Spicy Sauce

Recipe for Fried squids in Hot and Spicy Sauce

1 kg squids, clean and wash
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 small red chillies, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy bean sauce
25 gr butter
Lemon juice
pepper and salt to taste

How to cook:
Season the squid with salt, add a little flour and fry until golden brown and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add garlic and chili.
Add sauce mixture (soy, soy juicer, oyster sauce and season with salt and pepper), bring to a boil.
After the sauce has thickened add the squid and stir fry until the sauce the squids coated with sauce evenly.
Serve hot with white rice and other vegetable dishes.
