Ingredients:
- 450 gm Chicken leg boneless or breast, cut into small strips or pieces
- 1 egg white, lightly whisked
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 4 Tbs ground or peanut oil
- 100 ml Chicken stock
- 3 Tbs fresh Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs fine sugar
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced for garnish
- Marinate chicken with egg white, corn flour and oil, cover and chilled for 10 minutes.
- Heat wok or large frying pan, add oil and make hot to fry the chicken. Cooking time for chicken is 5 minutes or until golden brown. Put the chicken aside.
- Using the same wok, use a bit oil for making sauce. You just simply add add ingredients into wok except sesame oil. Add stock and bring to boil.
- Return chicken bites into wok and toss until peaces completely coated in sauce, drizzle sesame oil. Garnish with spring onion.

Your recipe sounds great, but I like to sugest for you to spell check before posting it, I'm sure you meant sesame oil and not "SEAMEN OIL" plus a few other little mistakes, thanks.
Thank you for your concern. I have made revisions..:)
