1 whole chicken pieces
350 ml coconut milk
3 tbsp cornflour
oil for frying
Blend:
1 tbsp coriander toasted
5 cloves garlic
3 red onions
1 tablespoon salt
How to make:
- Cut the chicken into desire size, wash and drain.
- Mix the ground spices with coconut milk and boiled chicken marinated in coconut milk until tender and sauce thickens. Combine cornflour with the remaining coconut milk and seasonings and stir well.
- Marinate the chicken with seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until cooked and dry.
- Remove and drain.
