Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice, room temperature
- 200g boneless lamb chop, slice, cut into 1 / 4 inches
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 30g red onion, sliced
- 1 / 2 each ripe tomato
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil leave, Roughly chopped
- 2 each eggs
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat the oil over the saute pan until very hot, oil indications smoke just starting out
- Add onion, garlic chili, basil tomatoes, slow and eggs, continue saute for about 1 minute.
