Pre-Baked Pizza Dough


1 kg Hard Flour
50 gm Yeast
20 gm Baker Bonus, to soften
15 cc Vegetable Oil.

10 gm Sugar
5 gm Salt
650 ml Warm Water (41˚C)

Making Dough
In a medium mixing bowl, pour warm water and add in the yeast and gently stir the water with a fork until the yeast dissolves.
After yeast dissolves, combine all ingredient into dough mixture or large mixing bowl. Mix it for about 10 minutes.

Knead the dough until it is smooth, about 5 minutes on the floured work surface. Take the dough and divide evenly into ball. Grease pizza pan, put dough on it and form into round shape. Give gap about 1 inch from the side of the pan to let the dough expands. Cover the pan with plastic wrap; let the dough rise until double in volume for about 1 hour.

Use fork to make hole on the dough surface to release air before baking. Preheat oven at 160˚C, bake it for 7 minutes. Take out from oven, now the pizza dough ready to be topped and bake it into desire pizza topping.

Pizza dough can be use directly or can be store in freeze, if you intend to use frozen dough, thaw the dough before baking. A great pizza is very depending on how you make the dough for it plus tomato base and kind of topping and cheese you use.
