Baked Hot Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

340 gm Semi Sweet Chocolate, cut into small pieces
170 gm Salted Butter
435 ml Eggs


225 White Sugar
1 Tbs Bread Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
170 gm Pecan Nut, chooped

Cooking Method/Direction:

  • Gather all ingredients.

  • Place chocolate pieces and butter in a double boiler under low heat until it reaches liquid form.
  • Add sugar, salt and vanilla to chocolate and mix well to avoid lumpy.
  • Put chocolate mix and eggs in a mixer, add in flour mix slowly for about 1 minute 30 seconds, or until blended. Do not over mix.
  • Add room temperature pecans and mix until blended about 30 seconds.
  • Grease a suitable baking pan, brownies thickness about 2 cm.
  • Bake in pre heated oven at 170'C for 15-20 minutes, check using toothpick. Brownies should be clean of raw mixture.
  • Pull from the oven, serve hot. If you intend to serve later, heat in a mirowave to aim great taste of brownies.

tp kembali sy mengungkapkan masalah sy *maklum sy banyak masalah klo soal masak.

Oven sy itu apinya mulai dari 50-250'C dan tentu saja kelipatan 50, nah sy biasa gagal disini, kebanyakan resep apinya kisaran 160-180'C..

sy ga bisa ngasih api yang pas, malah adanya kue sy jadi gagal iks..karena memang sy kurang pintar untuk memasaknya :)

Mau lho kapan2 dikirimi browniesnya. Saya sudah agak lama nggak lagi nguplek2 bikin kue di dapur, nggak ada waktu lagi rasanya.
