Skinned Saute Potatoes


2 med Potatoes
1/2 med Onion, sliced
1 oz Butter
1/2 tsp Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Method/Procedures

  • Wash and scrub potatoes, skin on, sliced ¼ in thin.
  • Fry potatoes abut ¾ cooked.
  • Heat butter in a saute pan, add onion, basil and sauté then put add potatoes continue to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
