Stir-fry Gingered Chicken

Recipe for Stir-fry Gingered Chicken
  • 1/2 chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 3 cm ginger, julienne chopped
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 7 shallots, finely sliced
  • 12 red chili, finely sliced
  • 1 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Finely grind shallots, white, and red pepper.
  2. Heat oil, saute ginger. Then add the spice paste and saute until
  3. Add chicken and stir well, allow it cooking until changing colour.
  4. Add soy sauce, stir again, then finally add the tomatoes Stir well.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and serve with white rice and other vegatable
    and accompaniments.
