Fried Squid in Chili Soy Sauce

Fried squid in Chili Soy Sauce recipe.

  • 1 kg medium squid, cleaned and remove the center bone.
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 5 small red chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine
  • 1 tsp soy mirin or Japanese wine
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 25 gr butter
  • Lemon juice
  • pepper and salt to taste

Cooking method:
  1. Seasoned fresh squid with salt, add a bit flour and deep fry until golden brown put aside.
  2. Heat oil in a medium wok or frying pan, add garlic and chili.
  3. Add sauce mixture (soy sauce, wine, oyster and season with salt and pepper) bring to boil.
  4. After sauce becoming thick, add fried squid and toss until the sauce completely coated.
Serve immediately with white rice and other vegetables dishes.
