Coriander Fried Chicken

Recipe and cooking method for Coriander Fried Chicken - Ayam Goreng Bumbu Kerumbar

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces
  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbs corn flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Blended ingredients
  • 1 tbs roasted whole coriander
  • 5 each garlic cloves
  • 3 each shallot
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking method:

  1. Cut chicken into desire cut, preferable 8 to 10 cuts, wash and clean, drain.
  2. Combine blended ingredients with coconut milk and cook chicken using
  3. the liquid until soft and the sauce thickened
  4. Make corn flour with remaining sauce and mix well.
  5. Coat chicken with the corn flour mixture, fry until crispy and remove from and drain.
Serve hot with steamed rice and mixed vegetables.
