Ingredients:
- 100 gram fragrant rice
- 150 ml chicken broth
- 50 gram dry anchovies, roasted
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- 50 grams fish cracker
- 25 grams soy beans, fried
- Wash and clean the rice and add the chicken broth into stock pot.
- Cook in medium heat and stir until cooked and becomes thick porridge. Add salt if necessary.
- Place the in a bowl and sprinkle it with celery, onion, dried soy beans.
- Topped with anchovies and sprinkle with crackers, just before serving.
