Stir-fry Cream Dory and Almonds
Ingredients:
- 500 gm Cream dory fish, cut into 1x2 cm
- 2 Tbs Almonds, toasted
- 1/2 each Green bell pepper, strips cut
- 1/1 each Red bell pepper, strips cut
- 1 cm Ginger, sliced
- 1 each Tomato, julienne cut
- 4 each Basil leaves, sliced
- 2 each Garlic, crushed and diced
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- Heat olive oil in frying or sauté pan, sauté garlic, pepper and ginger.
- Add fish, stir and cook. After fish almost cooked, add remaining
- ingredients and season with salt and pepper before removing from heat.
