Ingredients:
- 1 kg medium squid, cleaned and remove the center bone.
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 5 small red chili, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 tsp soy mirin or Japanese wine
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 25 gr butter
- Lemon juice
- pepper and salt to taste
Cooking method:
- Seasoned fresh squid with salt, add a bit flour and deep fry until golden brown put aside.
- Heat oil in a medium wok or frying pan, add garlic and chili.
- Add sauce mixture (soy sauce, wine, oyster and season with salt and pepper) bring to boil.
- After sauce becoming thick, add fried squid and toss until the sauce completely coated.
