Stir-fry
Salmon and Broccoli Recipe.
Ingredients:
- 125 gm Salmon, cut into strips
- 125 gm Broccoli florets
- 1 each garlic clove, crushed and chopped
- 1 Red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 each Spring onion, cut julienne
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Cooking method:
- Heat the oil in wok or large frying pan, add garlic, pepper and red chili.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or aroma comes out, add broccoli florets and spring onion.
- Add salmon, cook until salmon cook and season with sauces, pepper and salt.
- Remove from heat, serve with hot steamed rice or noodles.
