Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut into 8
- 5 cm galangal, smashed
- 2 lime fruit, take the juice
- 4 leeks, sliced
Blended ingredients:
- 8 red chillies
- 10 onions
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt
Cooking method:
