Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces
- 350 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbs corn flour
- Vegetable oil
- Blended ingredients
- 1 tbs roasted whole coriander
- 5 each garlic cloves
- 3 each shallot
- 1 tsp salt
Cooking method:
- Cut chicken into desire cut, preferable 8 to 10 cuts, wash and clean, drain.
- Combine blended ingredients with coconut milk and cook chicken using
- the liquid until soft and the sauce thickened
- Make corn flour with remaining sauce and mix well.
- Coat chicken with the corn flour mixture, fry until crispy and remove from and drain.
