Very Simple Cocktails Sauce

Make Very Simple Cocktails Sauce | Cocktails sauce usually good is served with shrimp salad. But other seafood salad also can go with cocktails sauce. Even, one of my costumer always request the sauce everytime he orders fried Calamari.

Even though there are many style and version of making cocktails sauce, basically Cocktails sauce sensitivity is tomato with slightly hot and sour.

If you want to make yourself at home, you can use this very simple recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 cups tomato ketchup
1/4 cups horseradish,
2 Tbs lemon juice

Methods:
Gather all ingredients, measure tomato ketchup and horseraddish combine in mixing. Using wire whip,
mix well the sauce. Add lemon juice and mix again, taste it and serve.

Cocktails sauce should be slightly sour and hint of horseradish and lemon.
