Its always good time your meal finished by dessert.Chocolate pudding is one of my popular pudding dish ever. Its soft, cold and saucy. Yes, it must be cold serving! Hence, the best ways to obtained authentic pudding flavor is always cold! Here is the recipe of Chocolate pudding and how it been made.
Ingredients:
- 100 gm chocolate powder
- 1.5 liter fresh milk
- 200 gm white sugar
- 2 package agar-agar powder [swallow brand]
- 4 each eggs yolk, beaten
Cooking methods:
- Dissolve agar-agar powder with a bit of milk. Boil remaining milk and sugar in medium sauce pot, then add dissolved chocolate into milk and bring to boil.
- Take little of milk and add into eggs yolk, beat it and return to pudding mixture, stir consistently.
- Remove from heat and stir continually until warm. Pour into individual pudding mould and keep in refrigerator. Serve when pudding is completely cold with accompaniment of vanilla pudding sauce.
