Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken, cut into small pieces
- 3 cm ginger, julienne chopped
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 7 shallots, finely sliced
- 12 red chili, finely sliced
- 1 pcs tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- Finely grind shallots, white, and red pepper.
- Heat oil, saute ginger. Then add the spice paste and saute until
fragrant. - Add chicken and stir well, allow it cooking until changing colour.
- Add soy sauce, stir again, then finally add the tomatoes Stir well.
- Remove chicken from heat and serve with white rice and other vegatable
and accompaniments.
