Recipe of Liver Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
250 gram white rice, room temparature
100 gram chicken liver, boiled and cut into cube
1 each leeks, cut into 1cm
2 Tbs Cooking oil
Blended ingredients:
2 each shallots
1 each garlic
3 each red chili
Salt and pepper as needed
Cooking Method:
Gather all ingredients including main item such rice and liver.
Heat oil on the skillet or wok and sauté blended ingredient until aroma comes out good.
Add rice and remining ingredients, continue cooking until the rice hot and season with salt pepper.
Remove from heat and serve hot with cucumber pickles, shrimp crackers, and fried chicken or any other accompaniment.
