Making Vegan Crepe Recipe
1 / 2 cup soy milk
1 / 2 cup water
4 tablespoons nondairy margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 / 4 tsp salt
1 cup plain flour
Oil, for frying
Combine soy milk, water, nondairy margarine, sugar, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl stir using a mixer. Add flour and stir again. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take a little oil and pour into a nonstick skillet over low heat or crepe pan and place over medium heat. When the hot pan, pour 1 / 4 cup batter and stir until until the base pan. Cook the crepe until golden yellow. Flip and cook until other side is cooked.
Recipe for 12 to 14 pieces
