Hot and Spicy Chicory Recipe
Ingredients:
500 gr chicory
1 tbsp salt
Crushed Seasoning:
10 pieces red chili
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp vinegar
salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
Marinate chicory with salt, allow 1-2 nights. Wash, roll each sheet
Mix the herbs with mustard greens. Allow 1-2 nights in the refrigerator. Serve
For 5-6 people.
