Ingredients:
- 1 pcs Head snapper / grouper large
- 4 pcs of red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 red chili, finely sliced
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cm ginger, crushed
- 2 pieces lime leaves
- 15 pieces basil leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
- 1 liter water
- salt and pepper
- Wash and clean the fish head. In medium stack pot, braise the fish covered until cooked
- Add all the remaining ingredients into fish and and continue to cook. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper.
